Return & Refund Policy

At RYSE EQT, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns of unused and unworn items in their original condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, contact us at support@ryseeqt.com with your order number.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (for example, if it was defective or damaged), email us at support@ryseeqt.com and we’ll provide instructions for returning the original item and shipping the replacement

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of towels that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition.
  • Sale or clearance items may be final sale and not eligible for return (this will be noted on the product page).
