At RYSE Equipment, we currently ship to addresses within Canada and The USA only.

Flat Rate Shipping

• All orders ship within Canada for a flat rate of $5 CAD.
• All orders ship to USA for a flat rated of $8 USD.
• Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly marked on our website.

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Apartments, PO Boxes & Rural Addresses

• We ship to apartments, PO boxes, and rural addresses across Canada. Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
• If you live in an apartment, please ensure that the buzzer number, apartment number and any other required information is included in line 2 of the shipping address to avoid shipping delays.
